book about hypnosis or subliminal. I think 60% have heard about hypnosis. But
how much of you have experienced self-hypnosis. May be all or may be 50% of
you. But I think all of you have experienced hypnosis without knowing
consciously.
Self-hypnosis is a normal safe way to manage and navigate or
direct your thoughts in the direction you want.by the way it is my own definition.

mentor or teacher. Because it is not rocket science or complex like
mathematics.it is just simple like eating eggs in the breakfast. Why I am say eggs.
I love eggs very much. Just kidding. Now I will tell you what are the basic
steps for hypnosis.
